Accessibility Statement
A voluntary commitment. We say what we commit to, what is implemented today and what isn’t yet — and how you can tell us about barriers.
Last updated: 31 August 2026
Our aim
MOJM voluntarily commits to designing this website, and everything that grows out of it, in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at conformance level AA. We don’t do this because an authority requires it, but because software that only works with a mouse and good eyesight fails at its job.
This statement is not a declaration of conformity under the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG). We assume that the BFSG does not currently apply to us because MOJM is a micro-enterprise. That doesn’t change the goal.
Scope
This statement applies to the website warfta.eu. The product warfta is in development; once it is available, we will extend this statement with a separate assessment of its interfaces.
Implementation status
Based on our own review, this website is largely compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. “Largely” means: we are aware of the limitations listed below and have not yet fixed them. No independent body has reviewed it so far.
What is implemented
- Full keyboard operability, in a sensible order and without keyboard traps.
- A clearly visible focus indicator, 3 pixels thick in a contrasting colour, on all controls.
- A “Skip to main content” link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Semantic structure: one top-level heading per page, hierarchical subheadings, marked-up navigation and content regions.
- Labelled form fields, error messages as text rather than colour alone, and feedback that is announced by screen readers.
- Purely decorative graphics are hidden from speech output; informative images have a text alternative.
- Motion switches off completely when the system setting “Reduce motion” is enabled — including the fade-ins while scrolling.
- Without JavaScript, all content remains visible and signing up for the waitlist works.
- Font sizes and layout are relative and cope with zoom up to 200 %.
Known limitations
- No independent review. The assessment is based on our own tests. An external audit is planned before the product launches.
- Screenshots of the app. The home page shows photos of the Mac app whose labels are part of the image and become blurry when zoomed. Every photo has a text alternative, and what it shows is also described in the text next to it.
- Colour schemes. The default appearance has been checked for contrast. A full check of all combinations in the alternative colour schemes is still pending.
Reporting barriers
If you notice a barrier, please write to us at kontakt@mojm.de. It helps to include the page concerned, a short description and — if applicable — the assistive technology you use. We confirm receipt within two working days and tell you by when we expect a solution. If you need content from this website in a more accessible form, we will provide it on request.
Enforcement procedure
Since our commitment is voluntary, no statutory arbitration procedure is open to you. If you are not satisfied with our answer, please contact the management directly at the same address. We take every report seriously and treat it as a priority.
Preparation of this statement
Prepared on 16 August 2026, last revised on 6 October 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment. We review it at least once a year and after every significant change to the website.
