App Terms of Use

1. Provider

The app is provided by MOJM — Owner: Oliver Terp, Heinrich-Lübke-Str. 16, 42579 Heiligenhaus, Germany, kontakt@mojm.de.

2. Pre-release version

warfta is in development. Features may change, be removed or contain bugs. Please back up important data independently of warfta; your mail always remains stored with your mail provider.

3. Your accounts with other providers

warfta accesses accounts with Google, Microsoft, Apple or other mail providers on your behalf. The terms of the respective provider also apply to these accounts. You are responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to use the connected accounts.

4. Use

You may use warfta for your own private and professional purposes. You may not modify the app, resell it or use it to send unsolicited bulk mail.

5. Liability

MOJM is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability for the pre-release version provided free of charge is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Privacy

How the app handles data is described in the app privacy policy.

7. Changes and governing law

We will update these terms if features or the distribution channel change. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
